Every city wants to promote businesses in that city. Every province as well. So does every state. Even the business park you're located in wants you to succeed. These are all link building opportunities. Often local municipalities have a page on their site listing local busineses. Sometimes you can tell a story about yourself with a link to your website. This is also true for provinces or states. But also for business parks, your street or even your neighbouring busineses.
